At Geltactical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new tactical apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Geltactical account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
